AZ/88

AZ/88 opened its doors March, 1988. Inspired by the good food, drink, conversation, and warmth of family gatherings at the home of his mother, Karl Kopp determined to create a bar and restaurant that would be so distinctive in its quality and style as to become a Scottsdale landmark. In good measure, he has already succeeded. Virtually, from the beginning, the reputation of AZ/88 is a standard for others. Located in the Scottsdale Mall,  AZ88 is like a speakeasy a bit hidden and off the beaten path but a worthy destination nonetheless.
AZ/88 is a wonderful dining destination. It offers a continually changing display of art, some wonderful dining (gluten free menu available on request), and some amazing alternative music.
